A provisional booking may be made by customers phone or email (following confirmation) and will be held for 5 days pending receipt of a completed booking form accompanied by the non-refundable 50% booking deposit or full payment.
The balance is payable six weeks prior to sailing, after which time non-payment will result in your tour being cancelled, thus forfeiting your 50% non-refundable deposit.
In the event of cancellation by the customer, for whatever reason, the payment (less the booking deposit) is only refundable if the tour is re-sold for the same period.
If for any reason the tour is not available on the dates booked though the fault of Off Road UK, all fees paid in advance by the customer will be refundable in full. The customer shall have no further claim against Off Road UK or its Directors.
